who we are

Fieldworks Collaborative was founded by artists/researchers Trena Noval and Ann Wettrich to invent public platforms for creative inquiry and collaborative practices that respond to contemporary cultural and environmental conditions.

Our Thinking

Informed by place, we mine the intersections of nature and culture to animate discovery through collective encounters and experiences. Our working methods are inspired by art/design-based research practices and relational actions that take place in the public realm. We aim to create alternative structures that invite collaborative constructions of knowledge.
